To the attention of the academic community,

Our project, NOUS: Journal of Theoretical Psychology, which we have been preparing with the aim of creating a rigorous platform for discussion in the field of theoretical psychology, has been terminated prior to its launch due to a strategic decision made by our editorial team.

In our evaluations conducted in light of the current realities of academic publishing, it has been determined that the factors required by a journal operating at international standards, such as corporate IT and technical infrastructure, uninterrupted server services, automated plagiarism/DOI processes, and long-term archival guarantees, are not permanently sustainable under an independent organizational structure. This necessary decision has been taken in order to avoid compromising the high standards of publication ethics we have adopted, and to prevent fragmenting the literature with a new platform whose long-term sustainability is at risk.

We sincerely thank all the researchers who showed interest in our project and responded to our call for papers throughout this process, as well as our board members and editorial team for their unwavering support.
